This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to delivery services requested through GO4Pickup. GO4Pickup is a product and brand of Supply Line Delivery Inc.
Delivery Service Charges
Customers may be charged for delivery services requested through the GO4Pickup platform. Charges may include delivery fees, service fees, taxes, and other applicable charges shown before payment.
Cancellations Before Driver Acceptance
A customer may cancel a delivery request before a driver has accepted the delivery. If no driver has accepted the request and no delivery work has begun, the customer may be eligible for a full refund of the delivery charge.
Cancellations After Driver Acceptance
Once a driver has accepted a delivery request, cancellation may not be fully refundable. GO4Pickup may retain part or all of the delivery charge to cover driver time, travel, processing costs, or other costs already incurred.
Cancellations After Pickup
Once materials have been picked up, the delivery charge is generally non-refundable unless GO4Pickup determines that a service issue occurred or a refund is required by law.
Completed Deliveries
Completed deliveries are generally non-refundable. If there is a problem with a completed delivery, customers should contact GO4Pickup support for review.
Supplier or Material Issues
GO4Pickup is a delivery platform. GO4Pickup is not responsible for the quality, condition, pricing, availability, or correctness of materials purchased from suppliers. Issues related to the materials themselves should be handled directly with the supplier.
Failed Delivery Attempts
If a delivery cannot be completed because the pickup location, drop-off location, customer, supplier, or provided information is unavailable or incorrect, the delivery charge may be non-refundable.
Refund Review
Refund requests are reviewed case by case. GO4Pickup may issue a full refund, partial refund, account credit, or no refund depending on the circumstances.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund or report a delivery issue, contact GO4Pickup support with your name, order reference number, delivery date, and a description of the issue.
